    The Palmetto tree goes through different phases in it’s life.  What your seeing in this picture is a tree that has lost many of it’s dead fronds.  New ones will grow out of the top making the tree look fuller again as in “Palmetto Breeze.”  This is the second painting in my palm tree series.
